Privacy Policy — Logalot

Logalot is developed by Mengwerk. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: Logalot collects nothing.

What data we collect

None. Logalot has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. We — the developer — never receive any information about you or your use of the app.

Data you create in the app

The information you enter — your name (used only as the logger label in exports), your projects and your notes with their timecodes — is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

Sharing and export

Data leaves your device only when you actively choose to export or share a project (as CSV, plain text or EDL) using your device's standard share/save functionality. At that point you control where the exported file goes (for example email, a messaging app, or a folder you pick). Logalot itself sends nothing automatically.

Permissions

Logalot only uses your device's standard file save/share dialog when you export. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or any other sensitive data.

Children's privacy

Logalot does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Data retention and deletion

Because all data is stored locally, you are always in full control. You can delete individual notes or entire projects inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all data associated with it from your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same URL with a new "last updated" date.
